Mr. Goto has over 23 years experience in direct investment and investment banking.
Prior to Go-To-Asia, Mr. Goto served as the President and CEO of Softbank China Venture Investments Limited, the venture investment arm of Softbank Corps and also as the President of Softbank Investment International (Strategic) Company Limited, a Hong Kong listed company. During his tenure with Softbank, Mr. Goto also served as a Director of Softech Investment Management Company Limited, the fund manager of the Hong Kong Government Applied Research Fund. Prior to joining the Softbank Group in July 1999, Mr. Goto worked for the Nomura Group for 19 years and headed various divisions in investment banking and private equities.
Mr. Junichi Goto graduated with degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo, Japan. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
Mr. Jonathan Chan has over 6 years experience in direct investment, corporate finance and audit. Before joining the Team, Mr. Chan was an Investment Manager with Softbank China Venture Investments Limited responsible for investment monitoring and assessment. Prior to Softbank, he was an Associate Director with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Department in Hong Kong. Mr. Chan has substantial experience in listing, restructuring and M&A in China and Hong Kong.
Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Computer Information System from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Mr. Chan is also a member of the Australian Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Arthur Ma has over 8 years experience in direct investment, operation, tax and audit attained from both Asia and the US. Prior to joining Go-To-Asia, he was an Investment Manager with Softbank China Venture Investments Limited responsible for investment assessment and monitoring. Mr. Ma was previously with the Asia Regional Internal Controls Group of Philip Morris Asia Limited and was involved in sales and distribution, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, ERP and corporate acquisitions in Southeast Asia and Greater China regions. Prior to Philip Morris, Mr. Ma held positions with the Corporate Advisory and China Tax divisions of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Mr. Ma graduated with double degrees in Finance and Accounting from the State University of San Francisco and also holds a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the Golden Gate University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant.
